Scope

These terms govern this informational site and the DeBounce agent skill. The materials support business-email research and verification; they do not provide legal advice, guarantee accuracy or deliverability, or promise commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

You must evaluate the package, protect credentials, validate sources and outputs, maintain suppression and opt-out processes, and follow applicable laws, contracts, and provider rules.

Acceptable use

Do not use the skill for unlawful surveillance, deception, credential theft, unauthorized access, discriminatory targeting, harassment, spam, or evasion of technical controls. Maintain human review before external action.

Third parties

Runtimes, registries, data providers, CRMs, and engagement tools have separate terms. Workflow references do not imply endorsement, partnership, certification, or universal compatibility.

Limitations

Results can be incomplete, stale, conflicting, or inferred. Verify consequential information. Removal may not delete downstream files, logs, CRM records, or provider data; revoke credentials and address each store separately.
